CHRISTMAS FAQ’S!

Two really exciting things coming up – it’s very nearly baby time for me AND for everyone else, it’s nearly Christmas time!! With all this excitement, I thought it was high time I did a little FAQ section about any questions you may have about ordering your lovely bits during the festive season!

1. Can I collect from the studio?

I am afraid that we are not offering studio collections this festive season – our studio is just not big enough plus because I am not in, the opening times are too sporadic (I only have part time staff!). The GOOD news is however we are doing FREE DELIVERY on all orders over £45!! Yay!

2. How long will my order take to arrive?

Our turnaround times are usually 2-5 working days and sometimes a little longer for framed prints however with me being away, these might be a teeeeeny bit longer – especially if prints need signing! Please just have a little patience and be safe in the knowledge that we have your order and will do our complete best to get it out as soon as we can. Mondays and Tuesdays are when the majority of the orders will be going out.

3. Issues with products/deliveries or your order.

I will not be answering my phone as regularly as usual so please email [email protected] and if it’s urgent, put URGENT as your subject title. We promise someone will get back to you as fast as they can. If your product is faulty or your order is incorrect, please email us with photos if relevant and a copy of your order number and we will do our best to help/rectify. November/December is very busy for us so we will do our best to reply as fast as we can but it may take a day.

4. Last dates for Christmas Delivery

The last date for framed prints will be Monday 9th December. The last date for all other products (including unframed prints) will be Sunday 15th December.

5. Out of stock items

If a product says ‘Out of Stock’, we may be waiting on more to arrive but if it is during December, this is most likely going to be the case until the New Year. We will try and post all ‘back in stock’ items on our Instagram/Facebook so keep an eye there or just check back on the wesbite!

6. Personalising Prints

All prints come signed as standard but if you would like a little bit of text adding above the signature, please note I need to be in the studio to do this and with a teeny baby, this won’t be as often as before. Please add a maximum of 2 weeks onto your order for personalisation. The cut off for personalising prints will be 9th December. Please note that personalisation is for a short amount of text above the signature (date/names) and not additional illustrations. Any queries, email [email protected]

7. International Delivery

Whilst I am off with the baby, my little team have decided that it’s best to turn off international delivery for now. It can be a pretty complicated business to post abroad and to keep the studio running smoothly and efficiently, we feel it’s best at this time. Apologies for any inconvenience.
