Katie has always loved art – right from when she was a toddler she was always covered in felt tips and looking for the next thing to draw.
She studied English at university but always kept drawing as her hobby. In 2013, after working in London for a few years, Katie decided to have a career change. She moved back to Rutland and began drawing… As well as designing a fine art print and card range to sell, she also worked to commission, illustrating people’s homes and families and for commercial clients on bigger illustrative projects. Her inimitable style combined with her complete love of working hard meant that very quickly the business went from strength to strength.
Fast forward 7 years and Katie now has two children and a wonderful rural studio, from where a small but mighty team help with everything from sending out orders, helping customers and marketing to organising events. Katie now spends most of her time running the business and developing the print, gift and homeware ranges but does also still work to commission and has recently worked on bespoke ranges for Historic Royal Palaces and Henley Regatta!
Katie’s products are also stocked in a wonderful range of independent shops accross the UK and internationally.
